Four lucky guests from last year's Henley Diwali Dinner, enjoyed dining with actor Christopher Biggins earlier this week, after winning the top prize at a charity auction in aid of street-connected children in Kolkata, India.
Alexis Lewis, David Lewis, Corrina Reid and Andrew Reid were joined for lunch at The Ivy Marlow Gardens by Christopher Biggins, an Ambassador of The Hope Foundation for Street Children (HOPE) who had offered himself as an auction prize at HOPE’s Diwali Dinner Dance held at Phyllis Court Members Club in November 2023.
The Henley event raised an incredible £40,000 for HOPE’s programmes for disadvantaged street-connected children. Set up in 1999, HOPE this year celebrates its 25th anniversary.
