On Saturday, 1 August 2026, the grounds of Castle Ashby will host a vibrant celebration of yoga, community, and wellbeing in support of HOPE, with the option to extend the experience across a full two-day programme.
The event will feature multiple open-air studios offering 4–5 classes throughout the day, alongside a varied programme including yoga, meditation, somatics, and forest bathing. Sessions will be inclusive and accessible, with dedicated offerings for pregnancy and post-natal participants.
“I am deeply grateful for the support of the teachers and volunteers whose dedication and generosity have helped bring this gathering to life. Their commitment and compassion have created what promises to be a truly special Yoga Garden Party in aid of HOPE — reflecting the very highest standards of yoga practice, guidance, and teaching, while celebrating the spirit of community that lies at the heart of yoga”
Simon Low
Principal of The Yoga Academy & HOPE UK Patron
Additional activities will take place across the grounds, including a raffle and opportunities to connect with teachers, peers, and the wider yoga community.
As part of the event, a limited-capacity guided Heritage Walk will be available through the Castle Ashby gardens, led by Lord Northampton (Spenny), 7th Marquess of Northampton.
