Leave a Gift in your
Will
Making or updating your will? For street-connected children and families in Kolkata, hope begins with one person who believes in them.
A legacy gift helps provide education, healthcare, safety, and opportunity, not only for today, but for generations to come.
Leaving a legacy also brings a deep sense of peace.
It is the knowledge that you have made a lasting difference for those facing the greatest challenges, and a unique way for your loved ones to remember you and the values you stood for.

A gift in your will could help:
-
Fund education and safe spaces for street children
-
Provide healthcare and protection for vulnerable families
-
Support long-term community programmes in Kolkata
-
Even 1% of your estate can make a life-changing difference.
Types of gifts that you can leave
A share of your estate. Once you have taken care of your loved ones, you can leave a share of, or the remainder of your estate to HOPE - this is called a residuary gift.
A gift of money in your will. You can choose to leave HOPE a specific amount of money in your will - this is called a pecuniary gift.
You can choose to leave HOPE a specific item, such as jewellery or even a house when making a will - this is called a specific gift.
You can leave your gift to a specific HOPE programme area of your choice if you wish.
Our supporters choose to leave a gift in their will because:
-
They want their values to live on.
-
They care deeply about future generations.
-
They can still provide for loved ones first.
-
They want to create a lasting impact.
We would love to hear from you. Please email info@thehopefoundation.org.uk or call us (0)7825 683612 If you would like to talk confidentially about leaving a gift.
