The Bedford community came together on Sunday 6 October to attend a special screening of British rom com What’s Love Got to Do With It? in aid of HOPE.
The event, which also featured a raffle and entertainment, raised £1405 (+ gift aid) for our programmes in Kolkata, India.
Huge thanks to our Bedford Volunteer Group dream team – Seema, Poonam, Alison, Karen and Sati – for organising the event.
Thank you also to BGT semi-finalist and multi award-winning junior musician Aryan Sohanpal for entertaining the guests, James Pharoah MBE and the team at the Quarry Theatre, and event sponsors the Luton Interpreting & Translation Service (LITS), Magnet Trade, and 3 St Peters.
