Britain’s leading Asian weekly newspaper, Eastern Eye, has published an interview with HOPE Ambassador Shelley King ahead of International Day for Street Children.

In the interview, Shelley, who is originally from Kolkata, talks about her support for HOPE, the organisation’s 25th anniversary and the organisation’s late director Geeta Venkadakrishnan.

She also talks about meeting another HOPE Ambassador and actor Jeremy Irons, and HOPE’s latest fundraising challenge Footsteps for HOPE, which aims to raise funds for education programmes for street-connected children in Kolkata.
