A gentle mindful session designed to soothe the nervous system and invite you to a place of deep rest. This class is ideal for times of stress, overwork, anxiety or to help tuck you into bed at night. It will include Pranayama (deep breath regulation), gentle postures, and yoga nidra.
60 minutes in duration and suitable for all levels.
Equipment needed is a mat, pillow, strap and perhaps a bolster, chair or meditation stool for seated meditation.
