Images have come through from Hope Hospital CEO Samiran Mallick of the HOPE Emergency Response Unit distributing essential food supplies, medical aid and other necessities to 200 individuals impacted by flooding in West Bengal.
Due to recent heavy rainfall in the region, areas like Amta and Udaynarayanpur in the Howrah district have been severely flooded. Thousands of people have been displaced and are in urgent need of food and shelter.
