HOPE's Big Give Christmas Challenge
One donation, twice the impact! 2 - 9 December 2025
For one week only, online donations made to HOPE via the Big Give will be DOUBLED (while match funds last), at no extra cost to you!
The Big Give Christmas Challenge goes live from 12 noon on Tuesday 2 December until 12 noon Tuesday 9 December.
The launch date is also ‘Giving Tuesday’, a day of global charitable giving.
Donate to HOPE to empower vulnerable young girls living on the streets of Kolkata, India. Funds raised will support programmes that provide access to education and vocational skills to enable them to build self-reliant and fulfilling lives.
What is HOPE's Big Give raising funds for?
Girls and young women living on the streets and in the slums of Kolkata face discrimination and are extremely vulnerable to violence, abuse and sexual exploitation. HOPE provides these girls with access to basic rights and services, including education and vocational training.
Funds raised through the Big Give will be invested in these programmes, to enable young women to gain the skills and confidence needed to build self-sufficient, successful lives in the future.

“As a HOPE Ambassador, I have witnessed first-hand the extremely difficult lives that street-connected girls endure in Kolkata, India. These children desperately need our support, and I encourage you to help by getting involved in this year’s Big Give Campaign, which will fund a programme to empower and educate vulnerable young girls in Kolkata. Together, we can make a difference.”
Christopher Biggins – HOPE Ambassador
