Please join Jean Hall and Mimi Kuo-Deemer for a 90 minute Daoist Flow session in support of the Hope Foundation. Daoist Flow explores the interconnectedness of yoga, qigong, somatics and natural movement with the underlining intention to touch in on our innate qualities of compassion and inner joy. It begins from the idea that everything is part of the whole, a belief found within both Yoga and Daoist traditions. Aligning with this wholeness enables us to discover our full potential and inherent wisdom, fluidity and ease within ourselves. Using the transformative nature of the breath and movement, we will explore ways to cultivate the gifts of compassion and generosity for ourselves and for the world. Open to all levels of practitioners.
Donations will go towards HOPE’s Emergency Response in Kolkata, which has been devastated by a super cyclone in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic. Just £18 will buy a food pack to feed a family of 5 for 2 weeks.
