Online Nourishing Yoga Restoration and Deep Rest to Soothe the Nervous System

Sign up to join this online class as part of a month of Yoga for HOPE activities to celebrate International Yoga Day and HOPE's 25th Anniversary.

Enjoy this 60 minute yoga session to deeply restore, regulate, soothe, and calm your nervous system. 

Fiona will lead you through some simple breathing practices followed by a deep and healing yoga nidra relaxation.

This class is suitable for all abilities, but especially for those who are stressed or feel burnt out.  This is a great class to do to prepare for sleep and to wake up refreshed and energised the next day.
